Solid fruitcake, good service

My recent purchase from Janeparker.com was for a Dark Fruit Cake. The ordering process was smooth, I found what I wanted quickly and checkout was simple. Shipping took exactly 6 days to get to my address in Phoenix, which was within the estimated timeframe they provided. The cake was well-packaged in a tin, protecting it perfectly during transit. Upon opening, the fruitcake had a rich aroma and the texture was spot on – moist and full of flavor. I had a quick question about storage, and their customer service responded to my email within a day with helpful information. Overall, it was a very positive experience, from browsing to enjoying the product. I appreciate their attention to detail.

Nice cakes, minor shipping hiccup

I ordered a Honey Pecan Cake and a Sliced Fruit Cake. The cakes themselves were really good, exactly what I expected from the descriptions on the site. The Honey Pecan one was especially flavorful. My only small issue was that tracking info was a bit slow to update, so I wasn't entirely sure when it would arrive until the day before. It still got here within the expected range, but better updates would be helpful. Good value for the quality, though.

Good cake, easy ordering

I ordered a Classic Fruit Cake from their site. It was pretty straightforward, no fuss. Got it in about 5 days, which was fine. The cake itself was tasty, just like I remembered from years ago. Would probably get another one for the holidays.

Totally loved my fruit cake!

I ordered the Bourbon & Rum Fruit Cake and it was absolutely delicious! The flavor was perfect and it felt really fresh. It arrived so quickly too! I'm already planning my next order, probably going for a sampler next time. This is my new go-to for fruitcake, for sure. Seriously impressed!
